    3. I need to appoligize to everyone. The census indexes that I have available to Beaver county are 1850 and 1860. I looked on the wrong list when I typed my message earlier. The only index for 1880 that I have is for Ohio (if you need a lookup for Ohio however, I would be glad to do that also. 3. Thanks for your kind words. Just a note to everyone on the list. If you have any problems getting subscribed/unsubscribed, getting multiple copies of messages to the list or any other question/problem concerning the list, be sure to let me know and I'll try to take care of it using the listowner pages. Also, I am listed as a volunteer to do lookups on the indexes for the 1870 and 1880 US census for Beaver County. If you need a lookup just send me a message with what name you want looked up and for what year. Please try to limit them to 1 or 2 names (Surname is ok) per request. I try to get a response to you within a day but depending on my schedule it may wait until a weekend if I get swamped with requests. 3. Hi...My gggrandfather died in Beaver Co. in 1839. His death is "Registered" and listed on the Will-Book Index. I guess not all deaths were registered. He died intestate, so there was no will, but just the registration. Try looking in the Will-Book Index for Beaver County. Hope this helps. Marcia Mann Duggins in Florida.
