    2. Gail, I have the Kilgore surname in my husbands family tree and the French surname in my daughters tree. My Kilgore's are all in VA and my French's are all in New England. But recently I ran across a Capt.Kilgore in the Rev. in a record of the 8th Pennslyvania Regiment. Only one mention of him and that is that he did not leave with the regiment because he gave up his appointment. Could this help? Judee

    2. Hello I am a descendent of the McCready and Patterson line. Which line are you descended from. I lived almost all my life in that area and I am there almost every weekend. I now live in Pittsburgh. My line comes from Hugh McCready b 1755 in Donegal, Ireland m. Mary ?. His brother Stuart McCready b. 1761 in Donegal, Ireland m. Anne Phillips. They died in Beaver Co., PA. Their children married. John and Mary Polly. Their son Stewart McCready married Jennie Patterson daughter of the Rev. Samuel Patterson and Eliza Jane Gilliland Patterson. There are many other cousin lines there that I have data on too. Hope we connect. Send me some more info and lets see...Donna
