    3. Hello, I don't know the McClain family that you ask about here, but I have a female ancestor named McClein/McClean who married a man by the name of Baker in Allegheny County in Pennsylvania. Her birth was about 1800. That is all I know, but I continue to search. There are not manly families with a name like this, so perhaps we will find a connection. 2. SANDRA L SANCHEZ
    3. Gene, I saw your post on the Pa beaver list. I am intrigued by your Morrison Frew connection. I have been trying to research my 2nd. Grt. Grandmother Harriet Ranie. Below is the connection with Morrison- Frew. Harriet Ranie was born 1/4/1835 Pa. she had two brothers William and Jeremiah. These three children were living in John MORRISON household 1850 Darlington Township Beaver Co. Pa. John Morrison's wife was Jane. Harriet married John Doram in 1856 at the home of John Morrison . The John Morrison family along with Harriet and her new husband moved to Kentucky where Harriet's first child Matilda was born in 1858. John Morrison family and the Doram family then moved to and settled in Grundy Co. Ill. where Matilda married William Derrickson in 1880. William Derrickson's sister Sarah Derrickson married David FREW in Grundy/Will Co.Ill. All of this leads me to believe that the MORRISON'S and FREW'S migrated togeather and were in close contact through the years. Do you think that we could possible connect? Do you have any information regarding a John Morrison's marrying a Jane?? I am wondering if Jane was married to a Ranie before her marraige to John Morrison. 1. [PABEAVER-L] Deeds - Beaver County
    2. I requested information on deeds from the Beaver County Courthouse last year. They responded, a year later, and sent a list of all the grantors and grantees that I had requested. I requested copies of several deeds and mailed a check three weeks ago. I included all of the information, location, date, etc. I haven't heard anything. Does it usually take them this long to respond? Tami
