I am looking for the parents of Marie JONES, wife of Harry E. J. PUTNEY. A biographical source listed them as David and Emma JONES. I found a David and Emma Jones from Pennsylvania on a GEDCOM, but it did not continue down to the next generation. That file listed David JONES' parents as Jonathan JONES (b. 4 OCT 1814 in SC) and Elizabeth RODERICK (b. 23 OCT 1827). Jonathan's parents were listed as Thomas JONES and Kizzie ROBERTS. Elizabeth's parents were listed as John RODERICK (b. 15 JUN 1791 in PA) and Elizabeth KNIFE (b. 13 APR 1790, in Frederick, Maryland). If anyone is researching this JONES family or any of these associated families, I could use any information they have that would confirm or deny the connection to Marie JONES.
