Jeff, Thanks for your reply to my query. The birth month of Mar 1847 for Benjamin was from the 1900 census microfilm. It looks now like that was a misread of May 1847. And thank you for Delilah Bowser's last name. I think Benjamin was mostly known as Lee Toy, but he was called Lee B. Toy in the 1900 census. He was named in James Hindman's will as Benjamin Lee Toy, and he and Rachel were named to inherit James' farm in East Franklin twp. Two of their children were also named in the will: Rosannah Toy was to receive a side saddle, and Robert Hamilton Toy a man's saddle. Could you tell me more about Valentine Toy?
