I don't have the address for the Armstrong Co. courthouse, but you should be able to find it somewhere on the web. A good place to look for information on any county for any state is http://local.yahoo.com/local/. Keep in mind, though, that births weren't always recorded in these days, or at least, not at the time of the birth. It might help to request a search through the Delayed Birth Records as well. When you contact the courthouse to determine fees, if you find that these fees are prohibitive (my local courthouse charges $15 per person), you might want to send out a plea to the list for anyone who lives locally to check these records out for you.
