This is why someone who lives in the area and has time to get to the courthouse might make your quest for information easier, not to mention less expensive (if they are willing to conduct such research for free, or at a reduced rate). In fulfilling such requests myself, (in Erie Co.), I usually don't charge anything beyond what I have to pay to obtain the information.
