In Beers "History of Armstrong Co.", page 811 there is a Henry Gilbert Miller, had land in Mahoning Twp. and also a farm in Red Bank Twp., died in 1865, married Susanna Shick; they had a son Henry but no dates given. The first Henry's father and grandfather were both named Jacob. Does this sound like anything?
