Jehu Montgomery had two wives and 17 children between the two. one is my ancestor Samuel Gettys Buryhill Montgomery. born 1851. the census states he went by the name Gettys Montgomery. Do you know the names of the three orhaned children of Prudence Green Getty and James Getty? I am sure that these families all must have had associations with each other.
