Dear me, I did forget a very important part of the family that I am looking for. It is the Schrecengost side, which I do know that it is a VERY popular name in Armstrong county even to this day. I tried the old fashioned way of writing letters to folks that still live in the area but to no avail. So I must try here. The family members are the following: These are all siblings, Burton Schrecongost (M) Born 3/8/1890 Died October 1973 He married a woman by the name of Blanche (surname unknown) and they had a son named Russell (born abt. 1910-1930) Russell Schrecengost married a woman by the name of Frances and I assume they did have some children and may still be alive. When Burton Schrecengost died, he was still living in Kittanning, so I am hoping that his son and daughter-in-law are still there also. There is another brother whose name was Clair Schrecengost, who married a woman by the name of Katherine. I have no birthdates or anything on either of them. Last but not least is Pearl SCHRECENGOST. She was born in 1892 and died in 1958. She married a man by the name of William Semmens. They had three children: Wendell Semmens (married Anita Kastel) Mary Semmens (married Harold Sowers) Annabelle Semmens ( married John Kunkle) I do know that they are buried in a cemetery in Kittanning, but once again I am unable to make the trip right now. I do know that there is plenty of information there, but what I am hoping for is members of the Schrecengost family that are still alive. It would give me great joys if someone could help me in this.
