Hi: I'm fairly new to the list and this just may be a repeat that someone has already done. I was/am going to request my grandfather's, MICHILINE, Aniballe (Joseph), Immigration records and found that I could download the needed form from the INS at http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/forms/download/g-639.pdf and print it out. You will need a laser or ink jet printer and a compatible reader. I first tried to download to Word (95 version) and got nothing but gobbledygook. I then used Adobe Acrobat and got everything fine.
