Irene, The only JACK I have in Crooked Creek Cem. is Andrew JACK ; died 18 Nov 1874, age 82 yr, 3 mo, 27 da. JACK is a popular Gilpin Twp. (Leechburg Area) name, so I checked the JACK'S in those cemeteries. Quite a number but not the family you are looking for. I checked a handful of other sources I have but no luck this time. Sorry.
