I am researching the Schrecengost, Schreckengast, Sckreckengost family. The spelling variations are endless and also include some of the Schreck line. I am interested in information available concerning anyone related to this family, directly or through marriage no matter how distantly related. My database goes back to Jeremias Schreckengast, 1639 in Germany. A particular line that I am seeking more information is the ancestors of a Daniel J. Schrecengost, born in 1867 and died 1943 in Kittanning, PA. Daniel was married to Mary Ellen Jones (b. 7-4-1869, d. 1946) on May 6, 1889.
