I am planning a trip to research the surname FAIR. Is anyone familiar with the "Fair Cemetery" which I understand is located north of Kittanning off Rt 268 on Penske Rd? My great grandfather, John Fair 1828-1907 lived in West Monterey which was in the county before they spun off Clarion county. Where can I find land records, birth and census records, marriage certificates and wills?
