Scott, I checked the church records at Clinton but the Davis name is not listed. MacVille Cemetery is near Clinton and I suspect would be the one to check. I have done that. There are a number of Davis' listed but no John d. 1852. HE is not in the Freeport Cemetery tombstone readings either. Sorry. The people I'm looking for are John Davis d. July 1852 and Elizabeth Baxter d. Jan 15, 1846. The reason I believe they might be from Armstrong Co., is the fact that Clinton is about 25 miles from Verona, PA in Allegheny Co., where Agnes Davis' husband was from. Thanks, Scott
