hello, looking for any sources about the history of the area especially regarding 1860 to 1880. i have the book IF THESE HILLS COULD TALK. im researching BENSON, KAIN, GALLAGHER, Irish imigrants who came about 1860 and worked in the iron works. The Bensons were there at least until the 1880 census was taken. I understand the iron works closed in 1873. does anyone know what the pricipal employer was after 1873 if any? any newspapers form this time period? any pictures, especially of the houses and neighborhoods that no longer exist? thanks, Joe Broderick, Cincinnati Ohio
