There was an action in the Court of Common pleas for Westmoreland Co. at the June term 1800, brought against Andreas Barnes and Catherine his wife (born Milliron) by the others heir of Jacob Milliron, in regard to the petition of the land (in three plantations of over 680 acres altogether, in the water of Sewickley Creek).
