    3. There is a Redbank Twp., in both Armstrong and Clarion Counties. They are separated by the Redbank Creek. The Leader-Vindicator (its name now), does not go back that far. The library in Clarion, and New Bethlehem have the newspaper on microfilm, and it starts around 1890. They are missing some years (estimated guess) from about 1900 to 1915, or so.
