Hi Listers, Sorry if you get this more than once as I am sending a copy to my lists :o) Found this in the March 6, 1903 Tarentum Telegram (it cost 3 cents) (A huge TY to David!!) Creighton & Hite: A surprise birthday party was given at the resident of SORBY SMITH last Saturday evening in honor of the 20th birthday anniversary of his son AUGUST. A most enjoyable time was had by the participants. WILLIAM SCHNEITZINGER and ROBERT FINLEY furnished the music, and a lively dance was indulged in. Those present were CURTIS SNAIR, JOHN ROWLES, WILLIAM PIFER, HARRY SMITH, FRANK SMITH, AUGUST SMITH, MISSES ANNIE AND AMELIA SCHNEITZINGER, CORA SNAIR, HULDA SNAIR, SADIE FINLEY, BESSIE and BERTHA SMITH. Sorby Smith was gg grandfather August was grandfather August, Harry & Frank were sons of Sorby Curtis, Cora and Hulda Snair were brothers and sisters. August Smith and Hulda Snair were married July 2, 1903 I copied part of the page this was on and we all had a chuckle with what all is on the page.
