Hello I wonder if there is a way to check to see if Mary Woods who was 78 years of age in the 1850 census in Freeport, or the others I found there, John and Jane Woods were 52 and 42 in the 1850 census (and are there in the 1860 census). There is a James and Ann Woods in the 1850 census age 55 and 43, with them are James, William and Andrew Michler ages 12, 15, 18. My Wm and Hannah (Fanny Carnahan) Woods were in the 1850 census, and then with their children moved to Iowa about 1855. My problem is trying to determine if any of the first paragraph have a connection to my family who moved to Iowa. Any suggestions you can offer will be appreciated! Gayle in Kansas
