In our THOMSON line (my mother's maiden name) there is a collateral line of Matthew LOGAN and Ann THOMSON (an older sister of my 2nd gr-grf, James THOMSON, 1772--1848). According to the bios as seen on URL: <<http://www.pa-roots.com/cgi-bin/data/armstrongbiographies.cgi>> the original John LOGAN (grandfather of John A. LOGAN) settled in Pine Twp., Allegheny Co. Would anyone have further information about the family/descendants of John LOGAN, and if so, is there a son or grandson named Matthew who married Ann THOMSON? Thank you for your time.
