I am not sure about what you are referring to, but will tell you, there is a book, "Early Deaths and Marriages in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania From Kittanning Area Newspapers," compiled by Constance Leinweber Mateer. It lists from 1819 to 1844, and available from the Historical Society in Kittanning, PA.
