Other notes on John Lorenz: Death of probate found at Register Docket for 1899 Madison Twp. 1899 Vol. 4 , pg. 115 (I did not get a copy of this and this probably would be very, very useful for information). Death entry in Register of Deaths Volume 1 - page 95. John Lorenze, white, male, age: 60 years. Father: Lewis Lorenz, mother: Mary A. Lorenz; married, place of birth: Rimer (??) occupation: farm, death: 11 Jan 1899, place of death: Rimerton, cause of death: Kidney trouble, duration of illness: 3 days, place of interment Rimer Hill, date of interment: 14 Jan 1899; date of record: 20 May 1899. (See again the confusion I have with the dates. The "official" source says this, the German researcher gave me a date of birth close to this, and the grave materials below give me (1) a different name all together; and (2) a different set of dates all together! That is why genealogy is fun, always a mystery to solve. ;-) ) Here is the Rimer Hill Cemetery Listing without grave locations - further below. The materials is waht I was originally given from what looks like a booklet that the Society has in its collection. Please understand the confusion I have with the dates and since I don't have the documents you have, I am stuck with the information I have so far. THAT is why I am so happy about getting your note!
