Listers, In cleaning out my mom's attic I found a box of saved papers for my brother. Neither of us live in PA anymore although we both graduated from Redbank Valley High School. There was one item that is a puzzle as to why my brother had it. However, it would be a great little surprise for the owner. It is a Vocational Agriculture Project Record Book compiled by Bill Smith, RD#4, New Bethlehem, Clarion County, PA, Redbank Valley High School, age 15, sophomore, started in Jan., 1955. His father (Carl W. Smith) had to give written permission for Bill to use a portion of the farm acreage (4 acres) to plant oats as a high school project. The booklet is filled in well with all his notes and comments about his oats crop, lists of livestock, how total acreage (70) was planted, and machinery and buildings listed. Bill lists there are two houses which may help someone to identify the farm. I am guessing by the RD#4 address the farm was perhaps located in the Beautiful Lookout, Mudlic, McWilliams area which are all in Armstrong County. I would prefer to locate Bill or a member of his immediate family, but if that isn't successful, I will send the booklet to the first responder who has a secondary tie to this family. Hope to get this neat little keepsake back where it belongs. Joyce
