Hi, I am new to your list. The names that I am researching are Quigley Samuel Bowser b 27 Aug 1867. His father was Valentine Bowser and mother was Mary Ann (I am not certain what her maiden name was). In 1894 or 1895 he married Ida Ann Baker b 3 Sept 1874. Her father was Benjamin Baker and mother was Sarah Becker. He died 24 Jan 1953 and she died 6 Nov 1957. They were my Great-grandparents. According to their Death Certificates, they were both born in Kittaning, Pa. I am wondering if any one has connections to Benjamin Baker or Sarah Becker. I found (I think) Sarah in the 1880 census living in Kittaning, but not Benjamin. Her occupation was Dress Maker and from what I've heard my Mom say, Ida was a seamstress, so it would stand to reason to me that her Mom passed that on to her. However, I did not find Ida with Sarah in the census. I thought mayby Benjamin had died by 1880, but I would like to know where Ida was. Thanks for any information anyone can provide. Bernadette
