    1. [PAARMSTR-L] "S-K Publications" -- question
    2. Listers: Is anyone familiar with "S-K Publications"? Yesterday I was on this site: <<http://www.censusfinder.com/pennsylvania.htm>> and clicked on a site for Armstrong Co., PA, titled: "Surname Index 1800 - 1850 Federal Census". I was searching for my 2nd Gr-grf, Richard WILMOT. He was listed under the title: "SURNAME INDEX 1800 FEDERAL CENSUS" -- "WILMOT 137A-139B". Well, the interesting thing is that he was born in Morris Co. NJ, 1791, and was not living in Armstrong Co in 1800. So, I sent a query to the PA-CENSUS-Lookup list, and asking for a search for him in the 1850 census. I received a reply stating that he was NOT in Armstrong Co. in 1850, but was living in Wesmoreland Co. The surname was spelled WILLMOTT (no big deal, as he spelling is close enough). OK, a couple of questions. 1.) Has anyone searched this site for the Armstrong Co. 1850 census? 2.) What are the "S-K Publications"? 3.) Where or how can I access these publications for the 1850 census? Thanks so much for your time. Regards, Marybeth Corrigall ACMBJC@aol.com
