Thanks for posting this, Joe. I took a look and it appears the law only effects FOIA reporting of deaths within 3 years of the current date. Hence the historic information present in the online copies of the SSDI dating earlier than December, 2010, are no problem. The primary effect will be on applications for social security card application forms for those who died in the past 3 years.
