    3. HUGE THANKS, Joseph. My Aspinwall and Springdale are included as well as so many other little boroughs and towns that seldom make it into the Pittsburgh map collections! What a gem! With MUCH APPRECIATION! Since the page has maps for many more towns in Pennsylvania, I decided to post this for others who might be interested. http://www.libraries.psu.edu/psul/digital/sanborn.html I hope this might be helpful to other researchers. Who knew these were all digitized and posted online? Joseph Martin Romeoville, Illinois

    3. http://www.libraries.psu.edu/psul/digital/sanborn.html   This address was provided recently that shows Sanborn maps of the Pgh area.   I've tried to look up areas with lousy results and wondered if anyone else has had more luck.   I'm interested in the Mt. Washington area - specifically the corner of Sweetbriar and Well.    Is that area not included in this map collection or am I using the wrong search word?    It doesn't seem to extend all the way to Stowe Twp/ McKees Rocks either.   Maybe this site will be helpful to someone else - hope so.   Barbara
