Could some kind soul please send me the link that has the instructions on how to use the new PA death index that is posted online now. I thought that I bookmarked the link, but now I cannot find it. I know that some of the years seem to use a special coding system, and that is what I am looking for, instructions on how that coding system works. Thanks List!
