Hi Pamela, Found your R D Cochran among the COCHRANs in the 1895 Pgh City Directory (source: Don¹s list website; City Directories: http://www.donslist.net/PGHLookups/DirM.htm) Cochran R D, photographer, 41 Chatham So, he was living in Pittsburgh at least in 1895. D. and perhaps an advertisement or two? Don has Pgh directories for 1884, 1885, 1890, 1895, 1897, 1898, 1899 among the 47 Pgh City Directories posted.
