If the marriage isn't at the court house, then they most likely didn't marry there. Have you checked West Virginia? Many couples went to Wheeling to marry. http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_mcsearch.aspx They could have gone to another county. The person who found information on your family said he got it from the Newspapers on Ancestry, not from your tree. Clare
