    3. I too will add my experience. I could not find my gparents . So I contacted the Catholic Church in or near the city and they had their marriage record. I am assuming they went directly to the Church. The rectory clerk was very gracious and made a copy for me. She did not ask for a fee, but I mailed a check in her name and Thanked her again.
