I was finally able to see the newsletter, thanks to both Larry and Bella. It took me to the login page a few more times but the next time it went straight to the newsletter. I was so excited about the Westmoreland deeds....and then I got this: The image for Instrument 192305160076148 could not be found.Most likely this is because the document has never been scanned into the computer system due to its age. To see this document you will need go to the office of the Westmoreland County Recorder of Deeds. aaaarrrrggggg Clare, ListMistress who lives across the country from that office!!
