I have a family website on tribalpages.com and just started one on Ancestry.com. I always source my work even if just to say "taken from Ancestry.com Public Tree titled 'John Smith Family'". Then on my own photos that no one else would have I say it's from my private collection just so others will know where it orginated from. I wish others would do the same. If anyone wants to see, my Ancestry.com tree is titled, "My CABLE line (orginally CABELL". If you can't find it that way, type in Helen May Cable. She's on some others sites, too. Someone (who?) took her photo from my tribalpages site and put it on theirs.
