Thanks for that link. That has to be him. He was from Wilkinsburg and the time would be right. Dad (who is now deceased) told me that Grandpa started out studying to become a doctor and when he was in a wreck and told he wouldn't walk again got help from a chiropractor who got him walking. Then he changed his major. Dad told me he graduated from University of Pitt. But probably rather than studying to be medical doctor originally, he was studying to be a dentist and then changed to chiropractor. And I think he must have changed schools too, not graduating from Pitt because I can't find him anywhere in 1922, 23, etc. yearbooks. But thanks again for the link. There is a search box in the middle of the front page and a Yearbook section to browse or search. Found a Norman C. Johnson from Wilkinsburg listed in the 1920 and 1921 yearbooks as a freshman and sophmore in the School of Dentistry. http://digital.library.pitt.edu/d/documentingpitt/ - Wilberta -----Original Message----- From: c. william johnson jr <cwilliamjohnsonjr@hughes.net> To: paallegh <paallegh@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sun, Feb 6, 2011 9:25 am Subject: [ALL] University of Pitt graduates Is there a list somewhere of graduates of university of Pitt? My grandfather, Norman Collier Johnson, born 1897 graduated there, but I don't know when. He also was enlisted in the military in the tail end of WWI so I don't know if his education preceded his military or vice versa. He majored in medicine but became a chiropractor.
