I realize that if a subscriber has this problem, they won't be able to read about it on the list but might be in contact with some of you :) AT&T has blocked RootsWeb as spam, and all subscribers with related email addresses, including AT&T and BellSouth were bounced off the lists. They will need to resubscribe with another email address, such as gmail. Clare, ListMistress
