There is no Perry St left on the North Shore but Perry St may have become Perry Hwy. There is a Perry St in the Hill District off of Webster Av. If you go to the Historic Pittsburgh website and look under maps at the Hopkins map of Allegheny City 1890 Vol. 2 plate 8 you will find Perry Street. It is 2 blocks north of East Ohio. Its present name is Peralta Street. In 1890 it was Perry and you might find the exact property of your ancestor. Given the proximity to the Voeghtly German Evag. Prot. Church, just 2 blocks away at the intersection of East Ohio and Troy Hill Road it is very possible that they went there. However, the St. Paul's church was a break away congregation and located about as close so they might have gone there.
