    3. Carol: If you use Firefox there is an add-on you can get called Screen Capture Elite. Once installed it puts a small icon on the lower right side of firefox If you see something you want to save, click on the icon and draw a box around the area you want. when you let go of the mouse button it prompts you to give the file a name. In the setup for the add-on you can select where you want files stored.
