Be careful about what constitutes a map of Prussia. From at least the 1600s, Prussia was more or less continually enlarging with changing borders. You will need to know about what date and then look for a map of that time. I agree with Bill and Wilberta. Prussia changed shape constantly. Although this isn't too close to the rhine River the Rhen is a clue and I would bet this was the Rhenish subdivision of Prussia at that time. I also looked at the German telephone book. There are quite a few "Bellmann" very near Wallerfangen, Saarland today. I have seen quite a few Pittsburghers from that area which also helps.
