Hi, Listers and Happy New year, This email is to those who were following the delay in receiving vital records from New Castle a few months ago. I had sent for records in mid-August and wanted to let you all know that I FINALLY received them a few days ago....only 3 1/2 months later! Also one death certificate I requested (for the second time) came back again as no record found, even though I followed the suggestions of listers who told me to try and get an obit and then send it along with my request.
