The Western PA Genealogical Society has produced a book of the index to those entries at the County. If you find an entry in that index book for your relative, you can send to WPGS for $5.00 and they will send the copy of the actual item to you. Index is sorted alphabetically, then by municipality. No one in Armstrong County has done a publication like that, however the original volumes of the records are available at the Courthouse in Kittanning.
