Given Conrad's birth of March 1812 he should show up in the tax record when he is 21 or about 1833-34. 1834 is the first time Nicholas shows up in the tax record for Hamilton Bann. He shows up all years thru 1842. Some times as Stoltz,Stults and Stulz. Conrad first shows up in 1837 as a single man and is single and in the taxes thru 1842. There are no other Stultz families in Hamilton Bann. based on the info you have and the above I would say Conrad is the son of Nicholas. Other ineresting items. In 1840 Frederick Stoltz showed up as single. In 1836 in the poor children's list were EIsaiah 11, catherine 8 and Granville 6 Stultz. Nicholas didn't own land in Hamilton Bann but he normally had from 2 to 4 horses Catherine married James W. Flenner 10 Apr 1851. You may wish to contact Mrs Mary L. Clegg Schmoker of Phoenix,Az about the Stultz family. I don't know if she is still living. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
