Feb 1, 1807 at Conewago Chapel Joseph Mayer. John Kuhn of Mt Pleasant Twp had 9 Inh and 180 Acres in 1783 and 194 A in 1795 and is listed in the 1782 Mt Pleasant taxes. I din't find him earlier than that. However there are 2 John Kuhns in the 1780 Berks Co. taxes. One may be john of Mt Pleasant. John Kuhn's wife was Catherine. She died May-June 1815. John died by Sept 27 1807 when court proceedings took place. John and Catherine had: Henry eldest son Jacob Joseph Margaret m. Peter Breighner Christian prob married 1809 Catherine Kohn Theresa m 1807 Joseph Myers Eve m 1808 John Faller(Foller) I would think John was born in the late 1740s or early 1750s.
