Hi: I am still looking for a Jacob Warner born 8 Nov 1828 in Adams County, PA. He lived there for about 23 years yet I cannot seem to find a record for him. I am looking for his parents as at I am at a dead end. He went to Lancaster County, PA when he was about 23, remained there for two years, and then went on to Stark County, OH and finally ended up in Cedar County, Iowa where he remained until his death. Does anyone have any information on this person? Thank you, Dot
