Hello Fellow Listers: Has anyone researched the HAGERMAN family that lived in Adams County, PA. - in particular the Isaac HAGERMAN family? >From info that I gleaned at the Adams County Historical Society: Isaac HAGERMAN was a Private - 22nd Regt. US Army Infantry - "during" the War of 1812. He died 13-Dec-1813. His widow: Mary Hagerman His widow provides the following information on 20-Jan-1819: She and Isaac were married 5-Jan-1804. Isaac enlisted in May or June 1813. 5 children to Isaac: John age 15 yrs. on 2nd February next. Martha age 13 yrs. on 22nd December last part. Maria age 11 yrs. on 26th May next. Sarah age 8 yrs. on 20th of last December. Elizabeth age 6 yrs. on 1st day of January inst.. The Will (#2832) of Martha HAGARMAN of Straban Twp., Adams Co., PA. dated 7-Feb-1834 proven: 28-May-1850 She leaves Sally Hagarman, daughter of my brother, Isaac..... and to John, son of said brother, house and lot in Hunterstown.
