ALLEMAN and Cora YOUNG, both of Hanover, were married on June 2 by Rev. C. M. Stock. M. L. HOKE, of Paradise twp. in York County, and Annie E. BAKER, of Hamilton twp., were married on June 7 by Rev. J. Tomlinson. George E. SPANGLER and Jennie M. MOTTHER, both of Abbottstown, were married on May 31 by Rev. W. C. Wire. DEATHS Geo. W. NULL died on June 6, in Abbottstown, at about 30 years of age. Geo. ROLAND, about 55 years of age, died on June 7 in Hamilton twp. Wm. H. FREEMAN died on June 8, in Gettysburg, at the age of 21 years, 5 months, and 6 days. Nannie E. MUSSELMAN died on June 6, near Fairfield, at the age of 33 years, 2 months, and 23 days. Lewis HALLER died on June 8, in Hanover, at the age of 33 years, 2 months, and 23 days. Mrs. Catharine MCFARLAND died on June 9, in Hanover, at the age of 72 years, 7 months, and 9 days. Capt. Benjamin POOLE died on June 3, in Hanover, at the age of 70 years and 10 months. Joseph CLAPSADDLE, formerly of Gettysburg, died recently in Kansas. He was about 80 years of age. MISCELLANEOUS Wm. B. MEALS, Esq., of Gettysburg, has been granted a pension of $13 a month and $130 back pay. Craig B. SHEADS has been granted $8 a month. John BUPP, Lewis SNYDER, and Wm. I. SMITH have been pensioned as well, Mr. Bupp and Mr. Snyder at $8 per month and Mr. Smith at $4. Jacob W. GILBERT has also been placed on the list. Edwin, the 15 year old son of Rev. J. H. HARTMAN, had a serious accident while out riding on horseback about three miles from Hanover. The horse shied at something in the road and threw the young man off, dragging him some distance with his foot in the stirrup. It soon tore loose and he was left lying in the road, found after a half hour or so. His left leg was broken above the knee. Mr. Dennis MYERS, of Baltimore, is here visiting his father. Mr. James Gross and his sister, of Mt. Holly Springs, are here visiting friends. Rev. Moses DEARDORFF, of Yale, Iowa, is here visting his sister Mrs. John STOCK. Another brother, Solomon, is also here visiting from Franklin Grove, Illinois.
