QUESTION: for researchers and descendants of the Rev. Robert Annan who left Fifeshire Scotland ahead of his first cousin James Wilson and settled in Marsh Creek in the 1700s. Believe that Robert Annan may have been connected with the Anglican or Presbyterian church. In a biography of James Wilson which I mentioned in a previous post, it is mentioned more than once about the friends and relatives who had left Fifeshire Scotland and settled in eastern PA who would help James Wilson once he left Scotland and arrived in PA, do you know who the other Wilson kin were in the area? Also, was the Robert Wilson of Philadelphia with whom James Wilson stayed an uncle? Thank you, Marilyn: Lake Co. ; 4 x g,granddaughter of Robert Wilson and Mary Smith of Mt Joy Twp., Adams Co.
