Andrew Trimmer, who is totally deaf, had his pension increased to $30 per month. He resides in Latimore Twp. John Geiman's young son had a hand severely lacerated in a corn sheller a few days ago. While moving, Mrs. Isaac Wagner, of Hanover, fractured a small bone in one of her wrists last week. Harry Wortz, of Fairfield, had his shoulder dislocated last week by striking a horse with a whip. Jacob Haversock, of Mountjoy twp., caught a white sucker last week. It measured 19 1/2 inches and weighted 3 1/2 pounds. Falling in the yard, Miss Minnie, the daughter of Emanuel Wolford, of Hanover, broke her collar bone. Edward Mulhorn, of Hanover, filed for divorce from his wife, Mary E. Mulhorn, in Frederick. William Ruff, home for a visit from Ursinus College, was stricken with pneumonia and is still confined to his bed. He is the son of Mr. John U. Ruff of Hamilton Twp.
