I am hoping someone would have access to some court documents or can locate any further newspaper articles on a Henry Hoy being charged for murder in the Kensington and Southwark Riots. He was arrainged before the criminal Court of Philadelphia for the murder of Joseph Rice on May 7, 1844 in the district of Kensington. His court date was in Nov 1844.
