Donna HELLER ZINN of Newville, Cumberland Co., PA. ****************************************************** 28 August 1907 Waynesboro Record William H. Harrison, Aged 85 yrs. William Henry Harrison, who lived for a number of years at Rouzerville died, early Friday, at the county home, near Chambersburg, from infirmities of age. He was aged about 8?(7 or 2) The copy is unclear) Mr. Harrison came to this section about 40 years ago from near Paw Paw, W. Va. For some years following this he farmed for C.H. Burhman, near Fountaindale, Adams county. His wife died and he married a Miss Wertz in Adams county. Then he married Martha Stull, daughter of Jacob F. Stull, Rouzerville, who survives him. For the past fifteen years he lived at Rouzerville until about a few years ago, when he went to the county home. His wife has been a cook there. Besides his widow he is survived by four children by his first wife. Only one is in this section, Mrs. John Benchoff, Rouzerville. He is said to have some well-to-do relatives living at Paw Paw. His name origianlly was W. H. Harrison Chippew(again, something could be cut off), but for some reason he dropped that name when he came to this community. He is said to have been a government inspector during the civil war.
